摘要
目的:探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰在急诊机械通气患者中的护理体会。方法:57例患者接受纤维支气管镜吸痰,观察术前、术后临床症状、经皮血氧饱和度、氧分压及二氧化碳分压。结果:纤维支气管镜吸痰后,心率、呼吸、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2,均有改善(P均<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰有效地改善通气状况,要做好支气管镜吸痰术中护理及配合。
Objective To investigate the nursing on the sputum suction by bronchofibroscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency.Methods 57 patients received sputum suction.The clinical symptom,pulse saturation oxygen,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide were observed and compared before and after brochofibioscope.Results The clinical symptom,pulse saturation oxygen,partial pressure of oxygen,partial pressure of carbon dioxide were significance improved after brochofibioscope(P<0.01).Conclusion Airway regulation by brochofibioscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency was proved to be a pertinent and effective method.we should pay attention to coordinate and care。
