摘要
[目的]观察益肾汤联合西药治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例卡托普利,25mg/次,2次/d,口服;阿司匹林,50mg/次,1次/d,口服;潘生丁,75mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组50例益肾中药汤(白术15g,黄芪、芡实、白茅根、藕节各20g,蝉蜕10g),2剂/d,与水1:2比例煎熬,水煎200mL,2次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肾功能(血白蛋白、血尿、血肌酐、尿蛋白24h定量、尿β2 MG)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈35例,显效10例,有效1例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈15例,显效4例,有效10例,无效21例,总有效率58.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肾功能相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾汤联合西药治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the kidney of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined western medicine in treatment of hidden glomerulonephritis curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,100 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method.In the control group of 50 cases of using captopril,25 mg/time,2 times/d,oral;Aspirin,50 mg/times,1/d,oral;Dipyridamole,75 mg/time,3 times/d,oral.Treatment group used in 50 cases(15g Baishu,20g Huanghsi,Qianshi,Baimaogen,Oujie,10gChantui)cicada,2 agent/d,1 :2 ratio with water,boiling water 200 ml,2 times/d.Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of blood albumin,blood in urine,serum creatinine,urine protein quantitative and 24h urine beta 2 mg.Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]the treatment group 35 cases cured,10 cases had marked effect,1 case effectively,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.00%.Control group 15 cases cured,4 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,21 had no effect,the total effective rate was 58.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Related index in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The kidney of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined western medicine in treatment of hidden glomerulonephritis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
