摘要
目的分析盐酸特比萘芬乳膏1周与咪康唑乳膏1、4周治疗趾间型足癣临床治疗效果。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月于该院就诊的趾间型足癣患者,共90例,按进入医院的编号分为3组,每组30例,即盐酸特比萘芬乳膏1周组、咪康唑乳膏1周组和4周组,对3组患者的治疗效果进行科学的比较。结果盐酸特比萘芬乳膏1周组、咪康唑乳膏1周组和咪康唑乳膏4周组的总有效率分别为93.33%、73.33%和66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行趾间型足癣的治疗过程中,运用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏在一定程度上有助于促进临床治疗效果的显著增强,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the terbinafine hydrochloride cream and miconazole cream for 1 weeks Yumi for 1weeks, the clinical treatment effect of 4 weeks of treatment of interdigital tinea pedis.
