闭合复位钢板内固定与传统切开复位内固定术治疗下肢复杂骨折的临床疗效 被引量:1

Clinical Effect of Closed Reduction Plate Internal Fixation and Traditional Open Reduction and Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Complex Fractures of Lower Extremities

摘要 目的探究闭合复位钢板内固定与传统切开复位内固定术治疗下肢复杂骨折临床效果。方法从2016年8月—2017年7月期间该院收治的下肢复杂骨折患者中选取40例,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组进行传统切开复位内固定术,研究组进行闭合复位钢板内固定术,对比两组的手术时长、切口长度、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和围手术期并发症的发生率。结果研究组的下肢功能恢复情况比对照组好(P<0.05),研究组的手术时长、切口长度、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和并发症均比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位钢板内固定术治疗下肢复杂骨折具有术中创伤小、出血量少、骨折愈合时间快和并发症少等优点,有助于患者病情的恢复,作为一种有效的治疗下肢复杂骨折的方法,值得推广到临床应用中。 Objective To explore the closed reduction and internal fixation with traditional open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of lower limb fracture complicated clinical effect. Methods During the period from August 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital of lower extremity complicated fracture patients were selected from 40 cases, were randomly divided into control group and study group, 20 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open reduction and internal fixation, the study group were closed reduction and internal fixation, compared two groups of operation time,incision length, intraoperative bleeding, healing time and the incidence of perioperative complications of fracture. Results The study group of the lower limb function recovery was better than the control group(P<0.05), the study group operation time, incision length, intraoperative bleeding, healing time and complications were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fracture closed reduction and plate fixation for the treatment of lower limb fracture complicated with small trauma, less bleeding, faster healing time and less complications for fracture. To help the patient recover, as an effective method for the treatment of complex fractures of the lower extremity, and is worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
