摘要
目的研究小儿手足口病的临床特征及治疗方案。方法研究对象为该院2015年1月—2016年12月间收治的64例小儿手足口病患儿,对其临床特征以及治疗方案进行回顾性分析。结果临床特征为发热、恶心呕吐及手足口疱疹等;有60例为普通病症,有3例偏重症的,还有1例重症患儿。经综合性治疗后,均无后遗症和死亡病例。结论要重视对小儿手足口病患儿的治疗,结合其临床症状采取综合性的治疗方案,提高治愈效率,严控病情的传播,保障儿童的身体健康。
objective To study the clinical features and treatment options of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016 the clinical characteristics and treatment of 64 children with hand-footmouth disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results The clinical features were fever, nausea, vomiting and herpes simplex. There were 60 cases of common disease, 3 cases of severe illness, and 1 severe child. After comprehensive treatment, there were no sequelae and death cases. Conclusion To pay much attention to the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease children, combined with its comprehensive treatment of clinical symptoms, improve the efficiency of cure, control the spread of disease, protect children's health.
