摘要
目的探讨宁神温胆汤联合阿立哌唑在精神分裂症患者中的临床效果。方法选择2016年9月—2018年3月收治的精神分裂症患者94例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合宁神温胆汤治疗,8周治疗后对患者效果进行评估。采用社会功能缺陷评定量表(SDSS)及阳性及阴性症状(PANSS)量表对两组治疗前、治疗后8周康复及社会功能进行评估;统计并记录两组治疗后恶心呕吐、腹泻、皮疹、血压升高发生率,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后8周SDSS、PANSS量表评分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后恶心呕吐、腹泻、皮疹、血压升高发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将宁神温胆汤联合阿立哌唑用于精神分裂症患者中能改善患者康复、社会功能,药物安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ningshen Wendan Decoction combined with aripiprazole in schizophrenia patients. Methods 94 schizophrenic patients from September 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=47). On the basis of Ningshen Wendan Decoction treatment, after 8 weeks of treatment, the effect of the patients was evaluated. Social Deficiency Scale(SDSS) and Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) were used to evaluate the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment. The incidence of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, rash, and elevated blood pressure were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SDSS-PANSS scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, rash and elevation of blood pressure between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Ningshen Wendan decoction and aripiprazole can improve the rehabilitation, social function and safety of the patients with schizophrenia.
