摘要
目的分析不同他汀类药物和抗血小板药物联合治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床作用效果。方法以2017年1月—2018年6月该院收治的70例患者为研究对象,在双盲法分组的方式下,整理为甲组与乙组(n=35)。甲组予以普伐他汀治疗,乙组予以阿托伐他汀治疗,比较患者治疗后的炎性介质水平变化情况,足背动脉血流量及患者的血液流变学指标。结果治疗前组间IL-6、TNF-α水平无显著差异,治疗后甲乙两组患者炎症介质水平均显著转变,乙组患者数值改善幅度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲乙两组患者治疗后足背动脉血流量均显著上升,但是乙组患者的数值相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀类与抗血小板药物联合治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的效果显著,能够改善患者的炎症状态,建议临床应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different statins combined with antiplatelet agents in the treatment of diabetic lower limb vascular diseases. Methods Atotal of 70 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were studied and divided into group a and group b(n=35) by double-blind method. Pravastine was treated in group a and atorvastatin was treated in group b,and the changes of inflammatory mediators,foot dorsal arterial flow and hemorheology indexes were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of il-6 and TNF-α in the two groups before treatment, and the levels of inflammatory mediators were significantly changed in both the group a and the group b after treatment, while the values of the group b were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment, the blood flow of foot dorsal artery increased significantly in both groups, but the number of patients in group b was relatively high(P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet agents is effective in treating diabetic lower limb vascular disease and can improve the inflammatory state of patients.
