摘要
目的探讨缓慢下蹲肌肉控制训练治疗帕金森病患者下肢运动功能障碍的疗效观察。方法选择2017年8月—2018年8月在该院治疗的帕金森患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为2组,各40例。两组患者均给予相同的常规药物治疗,此外对照组采取基础康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施缓慢下蹲式康复训练。比较两组下肢运动功能及肌张力。结果治疗前,比较两组Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月,两组FMA评分均增高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CSI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者进行缓慢下蹲肌肉控制训练治疗能够明显提高下肢运动功能,改善肌张力。
Objective To investigate the effect of slow squatting muscle control training on lower limb motor dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients.Methods 80 Parkinson's patients who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects,to divide into 2 groups by random number table method,40 cases in each.Both of them were given the routine drug treatment,moreover the control group was given basic rehabilitation training,another one based on the control group were implemented slow squat rehabilitation training.To compare motor function and muscle tension of lower limb of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score and clinical spasm index(CSI)score in two groups;After treatment of 1 month,FMA score of two groups increased,and observation group was higher than another group(P<0.05);the observation group was lower than control group in CSI score,they were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Slow squat muscle control training for Parkinson’s disease can greatly improve motor function of lower limbs and muscle tension,to be benefit of long-term family rehabilitation.
