摘要
目的探讨下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者术后心理护理的实施效果。方法将该院在2016年6月—2018年6月期间诊治的54例下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者纳入研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,对照组27例,采用常规护理,观察组27例,在常规护理基础上采用心理护理干预,对比两组患者护理的临床效果。结果经过不同的护理干预,观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分改善更加明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性为96.30%,对照组为77.78%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢毁损伤急诊截肢患者术后实施心理护理干预,可以有效缓解患者的负面情绪,减轻患者的心理负担,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative psychological nursing in patients with emergency amputation of lower extremity destruction injury.Methods 54 Cases of emergency amputation of lower extremity injury were included in the study subjects from June 2016 to June 2018,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was 27 cases,the routine nursing was used,the observation group was 27 cases,the psychological nursing intervention was used on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical effect of nursing was compared between the two groups.Results After different nursing interventions,the improvement of anxiety and depression scores was more obvious in the observation group,compared with the control group(P<0.05),the treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.30%,the control group was 77.78%,and the contrast difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in patients with emergency amputation of lower extremity destruction injury can effectively relieve the negative emotion of patients,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
