高中班主任开展生涯规划教育的实践探索——以“如何理性选科”主题谈话课为例 被引量:4

摘要 在高考新政的背景下,班主任指导学生理性选择等级考科目很有必要。文章以高中班主任开展的一堂主题谈话课为例,对高中生涯规划教育进行了一次探索。根据霍兰德职业兴趣测试,全面了解学生性格和职业倾向;将定位十字架运用于等级考科目决策,并基于兴趣和能力两个维度,分析案例中呈现的矛盾;在此过程中充分运用了科学测试法、案例分析法、同伴互助法、情境体验法等,提升了学生解决问题的能力以及合作精神、表达能力、创造性思维等职场必备素质,这将有利于学生的未来生涯发展。 With the new policies of college entrance examination,it is necessary for high school class teachers to offer guidance on how to rationally select level test subjects.This essay takes one relevant class lesson as an example for the class teacher to have practical exploration into high school career planning education.This paper has made research into students’personalities and career preference based on Holland career test,apply positioning cross in the decision-making of selecting level test subjects,analyze the contradiction in case study according to the two dimensions of interest and ability,and integrate four different teaching methods in the whole process,including scientific test,case study,peer coaching and scenario substitution.It has been found that the class teacher’s practical exploration can enhance the students’abilities to solve problems and many other qualities like cooperative spirit,expressive ability,and creative thinking,which are indispensable in job market and which can further contribute to their future career development.
