摘要
职业认知教育一直以来备受高等教育研究关注,但将职业认知教育融入专业课程教学却被较少深入探讨,其融合过程普遍存在岗位指导计划缺失、规范实施流程缺乏、科学建设体系缺位和问题处置难以落地的问题。针对职业规划与专业教学有机融合的问题,基于社会学习理论视角,探讨职业认知教育组织实施的思路和方法,并以深圳信息职业技术学院电子商务专业的教学为案例给出了专业认知教育的具体流程。
Vocational cognition education has always been paid close attention to by higher education researchers,but the integration of vocational cognitive education into professional curriculum teaching has been rarely discussed in depth.There are many problems in the process of integration,such as the lack of job guidance plan,the lack of standardized implementation process,the absence of scientific construction system and the difficulty of handling problems to the ground.Aiming at the problems in the organic integration of professional planning and professional teaching,based on Social Learning Theory,this paper discusses the ideas and methods of organizing and implementing vocational cognition education and proposes a specific process of vocational cognition education through the teaching case of E-commerce Major in Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology.
