摘要
通过对石化企业考评体系的现状进行剖析和对国外若干大型企业绩效考评体系的分析与研究 ,从国外绩效考评中总结出值得参考的启事。描述了几种主要的绩效评价工具 ,明确考评指标、指标权重的方法和原则 ,确定考评中的责任 ,对石化企业绩效考评体系进行全新设计。
This paper analyses the situation about personnel performance examination system existed in both domestic and abroad petro-chemical enterprises. In order to re-design a new performance examination system, the main performance examination implements are described, the examination index, the method and principle about index proportion and how to fix on the responsibility in performance examination are also discussed.
