摘要
采用水平连铸复合的方法,在冷却速度达到80℃/s的条件下,将Al 10%Pb合金熔体直接铸造复合到钢背上获得Al 10%Pb 钢背轴瓦材料。研究结果表明,在Al 10%Pb合金组织中,球状的铅相颗粒分布均匀、平均直径<13μm;Al 10%Pb 钢背轴瓦材料过渡层为舌状组织结构,这种舌状过渡层组织由FeAl、Fe2Al5和FeAl3相组成。
Under the cooling rate 80℃/s, an Al-10%Pb-steel backing bearing material was obtained by casting Al-10%Pb melt onto steel backing in the process of horizontal continuous casting. The experimental results indicate that no gravity segregation existed in Al-10%Pb alloy. The little and spherical Pb particles were dispersed in Al matrix and their sizes were below 13μm. The microstructure of transition zone of the bearing material was ligule-shape which was composed of FeAl, Fe_2Al_5 and FeAl_3.
