摘要
通过合理确定化学成分和对钢液进行复合变质处理,铸造的中碳多元稀土合金耐磨钢衬板,经热处理后其硬度可达到50HRC以上,αK>20J/cm2。在水泥球磨机上使用表明:其寿命可达高锰钢的3倍以上,具有明显的社会经济效益。
The wearresisting steel liner plates of middle carbon multielement rareearth alloys modified by compound modification were developed, its hardness >50 HRC, αK>20 J/cm2 after heat treatment.The application results indicate that the wearresisting property is improved by 3 times than that of high manganese steel ,with remarkable economic benefit.
