摘要
在对比连续工业生产与离散工业生产物料及产品特点的基础上,分析两种生产类型的特点,比较两者对MES各模块功能需求及模块间关系存在的差异。通过比较分析进一步促进流程工业MES的研究工作,建立能适应多种工业生产类型的MES体系结构,提升混杂生产类型的企业内部及企业间的信息系统集成水平。为建立可重构、可配置、可扩展的MES体系结构建立基础,缩短MES开发周期,降低系统实施成本,进一步推进企业信息化的发展。
Based on comparison of properties of materials and products between productions of continuous industries and discrete industries,properties of these two types of industry production are analyzed.And then,differences of functions of MES modules and relationship between them are compared between these two types of industry production.One purpose of comparison analysis is to facilitate research work on MES of process industries;the other is to build an MES architecture,which can adapt to multi-industries production,to promote level of information systems integrated within hybrid production enterprises or between different enterprises.And it will finally contribute to built an integratable,configurable and extendable MES architecture,shorten circle of MES development and cut down cost of MES application.So it will further impulse enterprise informatization.
