摘要
针对重介质选煤工艺的发展,开展了对云南特有的选钛副产物—高钛型磁铁矿的综合利用研究。试验结果及工业试生产表明,采用细磨—磁选—重选工艺,能生产出符合重介质选煤工艺所需的介质添加剂并可综合回收钛铁矿,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
With the technological development of heavy media separation for coal,the requirement of heavy media is increased.The research on comprehensive utilization of high titanium type magnetite-a by product from Yunnan titanium concentrators,was performed by authors.The test results and industrial scale pilot production have shown that the heavy media may be produced by using a technological flowsheet of fine grinding-magnetic separation-gravity separation,the quality of product can satisfy the requirement of coal benefication for heavy media.Moreover,comprehensive recovery of titanium is realized at the same time.The economic and social gains obtained are satisfactory.
