摘要
为了实现以CrMnMo空冷耐磨钢作为新型极硬岩石反井破岩滚刀刀体材料的设计,对CrMnMo空冷耐磨钢调质处理的组织与性能进行了研究.通过研究,搞清了CrMnMo空冷耐磨钢在调质处理时的显微组织、断口形貌及淬火加热奥氏体化温度;从根本上解决了CrMnMo空冷耐磨钢的力学性能、耐磨性、硬度与回火温度的关系等关键技术问题.与中硬岩石破岩滚刀刀体材料ZG30GrMnSiTi相比,在硬度相当的条件下,冲击韧性提高了50%,耐磨性提高了10%,较好地解决了新型极硬岩石反井破岩滚刀使用寿命低的技术难题.
For using CrMnMo anti wear steel to the material of raise boring cuter which is used in hard rock, the microstructure and property of CrMnMo, anti wear steel was studied in the state of quenching and tempering drawing. Clarified the centigrade temperature of quenching, fracture surface & microstructure of CrMnMo anti wear steel, the relationship among mechanical property, wear resistance, hardness and tempering drawing temperature of CrMnMo anti wear steel and other key technical problem were solved. The results showed: the wear resistance of CrMnMo anti wear steel increase 10% and impact toughness increase 50% than ZG30CrMnSiTi alloy steel's which is used the material of raise boring cuter in the middle hard rock.
