摘要
本文提出了一种多端输出的第二代电流传输器 (MOCCII)电路。该电路由一集成运算放大器及多端输出的双极晶体管电流镜构成。文中分析了双极晶体管电流镜及该电路的工作原理。该电路具有电压传输和电流传输的精度高、结构简单、易于实现及成本低廉且实用性好的特点。
The paper presents a circuit of second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs. The circuit is constructed by a operational amplifier and bipolar transistor current mirrors with multiple outputs. The paper analyzes the principle of the current mirrors. The circuit has a characteristic of high accuracy of voltage transfer and current transfer, simple structure, easy realization, low cost, and good utility.
