摘要
本文通过对比试验对冬季低温条件下生物除磷系统的启动和运行进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,低温条件下 :( 1)温度对生物除磷系统的影响是通过影响有机物的酸化水解而间接产生作用的 ;( 2 )通过人工投加 HAc使污水中 VFA≥80 mg/L时 ,可以顺利启动生物除磷系统 ;( 3)设置独立水解酸化池 ,可以提高生物除磷效果 ,在进水 COD=15 0~30 0 mg/L、磷酸盐 =5 mg/L时 ,出水磷酸盐≤ 1mg/L ;( 4 )低温条件下按照水解 -外循环 ERP- SBR方式运行时 ,在磷酸盐浓度高达 10 mg/L的情况下仍能保证出水磷酸盐浓度≤ 0 .5 mg/L。
The start up and operation of biological phosphorus removal system on low temperature condition in the paper is studied in this paper by the way of contrasting test.The results indicates that:(1)the temperature influences biological phosphorus removal system indirectly by affecting acidification hydrolysis of organic matter;(2)the biological phosphorus removal system can be started up easily by adding HAc into inffluent to make the concentration of VFA higher than 80mg/L;(3)the effect of biological phosphorus removal can be improved by setting acidification hydrolysis tank and PO 4 3- in effluent≤lmg/L when COD is 150~300mg/L and PO 4 3- is 5mg/L in influent;(4)when phosphorus concentration in influent reaches 10mg/L,phosphorus in effeuent can also lower than 0.5mg/L by hydrolysis ERP(External Recycle Process) SBR on the condition of low temperature.
