摘要
基于水田分层土壤的平板挤压力与下陷深度之间的关系,详细分析了作用于轮齿上的正应力随运动状态及结构参数变化的分布特性及正压力的形成过程,得到了正压力和剪切力的解析式。结果表明,滑转率的增加将导致作用于轮齿顶部最大正压力的减小和最大正压力位置角的前移、轮齿驱动面上正压力的增大及正压力位置角的前移。速度临界角对作用于轮齿上的正压力有很大影响。
Basing on the relationship between the normal pressure of plate and sin age in paddy soil with multi-layer, this paper analyzes the distribution chara te-ristic of normal pressure acting on tire lug with the variation of moving s ;ate and of configuration of lug and studies the procedure of tire lug acting on soil. The equations of the normal pressure and tangentical stress have been developed. The results show that the increase of slippage will result in the decrease of max-normal pressure on the bottom of tyre lug and in the incr ase of the normal pressure on the driving face of tyre lug, and in the position angle of max-normal pressure being forwarded. The size of position angle at conti-cal speed has very much effect on the normal pressure acting on the tyre ug.
