信息技术革命把人类带进了网络时代。网络环境下,地方高校图书馆服务发生了范式的转变。本文从服务理念、服务环境、服务模式、服务重心、服务对象、服务功能、服务时间等多方面谈了自己的看法。
The innovation of the information technology has led human being into a new age of technology - internet. In the internet environment, the scopes of the services in local university library have changed dramatically. The writer of this article has expressed her ideas from various aspects about services in local university library such as service concepts and service focuses.
