间歇性低氧与骨骼肌中的氧代谢适应 被引量:2

摘要 间歇性低氧训练是近些年来国际运动医学界研究的重点。根据低氧造成损害程度的高低 ,可以分为恶性低氧和细胞适应性低氧 ;以持续时间分类 ,可以分为持续性低氧和间歇性低氧。介绍了在间歇性低氧研究中所采用的各种模型 ,骨骼肌在低氧条件下的氧代谢适应 ,并指出低氧条件下的氧感应机制是未来的重点研究方向。 Recently, IHT(intermittent hypoxia training)has been a highlight in the international academia of sports medicine.Hypoxia can be divided into two sorts in terms of the damage.One is dysoxia and the other is adapted cell hypoxia. Furthermore,IHT can also be defined as chronic hypoxia and intermittent hypoxia according to the training time .We introduce a variety of hypoxia training models and the hypoxia adaption of skeletal muscle and draw the conclusion that the cell signaling mechanisms in adaptions in IH is the future direction of research.
