摘要
通过对高校“三阶段———两形式”体育教学模式理论与实践的研究 ,证实了该体育教学模式能使教学目标多元化 ,使高校体育课由封闭式教学逐步走向开放 ,学生依据爱好选择运动项目 ,增加娱乐游戏、课堂小知识等内容。在不增加体育课总学时的前提下 ,既压缩了计划学时 ,又延长了学生接受体育教育的时间 ,使体育课向课外活动有机地延伸。满足学生不同的生理和心理需要 ,从而产生良好的教学效果 ,提高教学质量。
By studying the modle `three step and two form' in sports teaching in general college,proved that the modle received abvious results:teaching aims multiplicity,sports class getting opening,students can select sports items by their interestes,increasing entertainment games and so on,the superiority is needn't increase total class time,not only cut down the planning class time,but also extent the teaching time,content the student with biological and psycological needs,so increase the teaching quality.
