摘要 目的 了解在慢性氟中毒发生机理研究中 ,就其全身病变中危害最大的骨相损害 ,即氟骨症的研究现状和发展趋势。方法 应用现代信息技术 ,通过互联网等 ,收集有关文献资料 ,对目前国内外有关氟骨症最新论著进行综合分析论证。结果 通过综合分析 ,发现在氟骨症复杂多样的病变中 ,成骨活动增强是一个发生较早并起主导作用的环节 ,研究氟骨症的发生机理 ,就必须回答在过量氟作用下 ,成骨细胞是怎样被激活的。结论 研究慢性氟中毒的发病机理 ,重点是对骨相损害发生机制的研究 。 Objective To understand the present studying condition and the developing trend of chronic fluorosis (the skeletal lesion is the harmest systemic change) in the research of the mechanism of chronic fluorosis pathogenesis. Methods The latest treatise at home and abroad were collected through the net and analyzed comprehensively. Results By comprehensive analysis, we have found that the enhancement of osteoblast activation is the earlier change and play a leading role among the diversity and the complexity of chronic fluorosis. To study the mechanism of pathogenesis of chronic fluorosis, how the ostoeblasts activation was taken place under the action of excessive fluoride must be answered. Conclusions To study the pathogenesis of chronic fluorosis, the research of mechanism of how the skeletal lesion developed was the focal point, and the first thing was to ascertain the mechanism of osteoblasts treated with excessive fluoride.
