摘要
目的 :探讨不同龋敏感人群牙菌斑中变形链球菌的检出情况和血清分型与龋病的关系。方法 :采用经典生化和血清学鉴定方法 ,对不同龋敏感人群菌斑中的变形链球菌进行分离、鉴定。结果 :血清c型变形链球菌在牙菌斑中检出率最高 ,在高龋组中变形链球菌群细菌和变形链球菌培养阳性率明显高于无龋组 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the relationship between Streptococcus mutans in human dental plaque of different carious experiences persons and carious incidence.Methods:100 objectives were divided into the carious-active group(DMFT≥6) and the carious-free group(DMFT=0) equally. Plaque was removed from the contact surfaces of enamel. Mutans Streptococci were isolated by bacterial morphology, serology and biochemistry.Results:Serotype c isolates of Streptococcus mutans were predominant in human dental plaque.The oral environment of persons in the carious-active group harbored more Mutans Streptococci and Streptococcus mutans than it of persons in the carious-free group ( P <0.005).Conclusions:Serotype c of Streptococcus mutans was one of important cariogenic factors. The amounts of Mutans Streptococci and Streptococcus mutans might relate to differences in carious experiences.
