摘要
知识经济时代大学生从世界观、人生观、价值观到人格、知识领域、基本技能、道德品质等诸多方面提出了更高要求。高校应变专才培养目标为通才培养目标 ,培养大学生的创造力、竞争意识和开拓意识 ,以适应知识经济的要求 。
In the era of knowledge economy, the youth are more highly requested in their qualities like world outlook, personal philosophy, values view, personality, knowledge scopes, basic skills, morality and so on. To meet the requests, the university should turn the training aim of specialist into generalist, and cultivate students creativity, sense of competition and innovation spirit, which can make the creator and trailblazer of the youth.
