摘要
目的 通过彩色多普勒超声心动图对尿毒症患者检查 ,了解尿毒症患者心脏病变。方法 用彩色多普勒超声心动图对10 1例尿毒症患者进行心脏探查。结果 尿毒症患者心脏病变有心包积液 ,二尖瓣回声增强、二尖瓣返流 ,主动脉瓣回声增强、主动脉瓣返流 ,室间隔、左室后壁心肌增强、增厚 ,左室舒张功能减退 ,左室收缩功能减退EF、SV减低。
AIM To study the heart lesions in the patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). METHODS 101 cases with CRF were examined using color doppler sonography and echocardiography. RESULTS The features of heart disorders were such as pericardial effusion, mitral regurgitation(MR),arortic regurgitation(AR),ventricular septal and left ventricular posterier wall with thickening and echo enhanced, mitral and arortic valves with echo enhanced, decline of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, decrease of ejection fraction(EF) and systolic volume(SV). CONCLUSION For the heart lesions in the patients with CRF, color doppler sonography and echocardiography is a safe and noninvasive tool.
