摘要
目的 研究黄连上清胶囊的质量控制方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别栀子、白芷、黄芩、菊花、连翘。结果 五味药均具特征斑点 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 方法简便可靠 ,重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的定性鉴别方法。
AIM To study the quality control method of Huanglian Shangqing Capsules. METHODS Fructus gardeniae, Radix angelicae dahuricae, Radix scutellariae, Flos chrysanthemi, Fructus forsythiae were identified by TLC. RESULTS The five species all had special spots. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used as the identification method for this preparation.
