摘要 OXA型 β -内酰胺酶大多数出现在革兰氏阴性菌 (主要为肠杆菌科菌和铜绿假单胞菌 )中 ,通常介导耐氨基组和脲基组青霉素 ,强水解氯唑西林、苯唑西林和甲氧西林。克拉维酸仅能微弱抑制其活性 ,但它却被NaCl强烈抑制。OXA型酶相当于AmblerD类酶 ,和A、C类酶一样为活性一位点丝氨酸。OXA型酶的氨基酸序列与A、C类酶的一致性约为 16 %。至今已报道了 33种OXA型酶 ,命名为OXA -1~ 31及Amps和LCR -1。大多数酶作了DNA序列分析 ,有的作了生化分析 ,对OXA -10和OXA -13还作了三维结构分析。根据氨基酸序列同源性可将OXA型酶分为 6个群 ,群与群之间相关性很弱 (约 2 0 %~ 30 %)。OXA型酶耐药谱通常很窄 ,但现已发现OXA -2或OXA -10突变衍生酶的耐药谱已扩散到第三代头孢菌素和 /或亚胺培南。编码OXA型酶的基因常位于质粒和 /或整合子中 ,具有很强的扩散能力。
