摘要
在恶劣环境条件下使用的配料电子秤 ,常因环境因素、被秤物料的冲击使计量器具失去准确度 ,本文针对冲击信号给工业配料电子秤带来的不利影响 ,以MCS - 5 1系列单片机测控系统为研究对象 ,在软件设计中采取了数字滤波、软件陷阱、“看门狗”、指令冗余、输入 输出等抗干扰设计方法 ,有效防止了冲击信号对可编程工业配料电子秤测量精度和可靠性的影响 。
Shock signal, environmental factors often make the electronic burdening scale apparatus loses the accuracy when the scale is used under the abominable conditions. Aiming at these problems,the digital filter,software trap,“Watchdog”,instruction redundant,input and output software design methods of anti-interference are used in MCS-51 microcomputer series software system to improve the system's dependability.The software design authors put forward can reduce effectively the influence of the shock signal on the measurement accuracy and the reliability of the scale through purifying the signal of measurement.
