摘要
为对城市大气环境状况的日益恶化提供科学依据将地理信息系统引入到城市大气环境的管理中,探讨了以ArcViewGIS为主要软件开发平台,采用面向对象的编程语言Avenue和VisualBasic建立和开发城市大气环境管理信息系统的主要技术,包括确立系统开发的构想与目标、系统分析与设计、系统应用等.城市大气环境管理信息系统的建立将为城市大气环境的管理提供高效、科学的信息支持,从而提高管理水平.
The application of geographical information system (GIS) to the management of urban air environment was discussed. ArcView GIS platform and object-oriented programming Avenue and Visual Basic were used to develop this system. Some major technical points were also discussed, such as system object, system analysis and design, system development and system application. The establishment of this system provides an effective and scientific information support to improve the levels of the planning and management for urban air environment.
