摘要
实验分 2批选用 170头大白仔猪 (40 ,130头 ) ,随机分为 5组 ,均食初乳。A组为对照组 ,其余各组均于出生后 2 4h之内饲喂不同剂量的免疫球蛋白制剂 ,观察对仔猪 10、 2 0日龄血清碱性磷酸酶活性和断奶时增重的影响。结果表明 ,饲喂免疫球蛋白制剂 10ml的仔猪 ,其 10、 2 0日龄血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组 (P <0 . 0 5 ) ,断奶时增重极显著高于对照组 (P <0 . 0 1)。
newborn piglets of Yorkshire were selected in two groups and divided into 5 groups randomly. Group A was control and added to physiological saline. Others were added to different amount of IgG in 24 hour to determine the effect of IgG on serum alkaline phosphatase activity and body weight gains in weaning age in 10 and 20 day. The results showed that serum alkaline phosphatase activity in 10 and 20 day and the body weight grain in weaning age of piglets feeding IgG of 10 ml were more higher than control group(P<0.05).
