日粮加硒对氟中毒鸡甲状腺功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨日粮中添加硒化物对氟中毒鸡甲状腺功能的影响,选用150只1日龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组50只。第1组:正常对照组,第2组在日粮中添加氟化钠,使日粮中氟的含量为1000mg·kg-1,第3组在第2组的基础上添加亚硒酸钠,使硒的含量为4mg·kg-1,实验期为150d。每隔30d采样,测定血清中氟、硒、甲状腺激素(T3、T4)的含量及肝匀浆中脱碘酶(DID)的活性。结果表明日粮中加硒具有调节氟中毒鸡体内T3、T4、51-DID向正常范围转化的作用,说明加硒在一定程度上具有拮抗氟中毒引起的甲状腺激素代谢紊乱及甲状腺功能酶异常的作用。 To investigate effects of adding sele nium to diets on the function of thyroid of fluorositic Chicks,150one-d ay roman chicks were randomly divided into 3groups ,50for each .Group I was t he control ,g roup II were fed the diets containing1000mg/kg of fluorine as sodium fluoride,and gro upⅢ1000mg/kg of sodium fluoride and 4mg/kg of sodium selenate,for 150days.The contents of serum fluorine ,selenium, thyroid hormones(T 3 ,T 4 )and the activity of 5'-DID in liver homogenate were determ ined at every other30days.The results showed as follow s:the animal patterns of chick flu orosis were successfully established,and adding selenium to diets played an imp ortant role in reg ulating the abnormal contents of T 3 ,T 4 and the abnormal activity of 5'-DID caused by fluorosis in chicks to norma l levels.It can be c oncluded that selenium in some degre e can antagonism and defense the function disorder of thyroid caused by fluorosis.
