摘要
用分光光度法测定水样中的挥发酚时,采用三氯甲烷萃取4-氨基安替比林水溶液,可有效地降低空白值,且操作方便、简单,使用的试剂污染小,不影响测定结果的准确度和精密度.其方法的检出限为1.14μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=5)为8.3%,相对误差为0.83%.
This paper provides a method to decrease the blank value in determining volatility phenol in water by using chloroform to extract 4-AAP. This method has the virtues of easy operation and little pollution. The result of standard sample has high accuracy and good precision .The limit of detection is 1.14 μg·L-1,RSD(n=5) is 8.3%,relative error is 0.83% .
