摘要
提出了一种结合信息隐藏技术的感兴趣区(ROI)图像编码方案,在保持JPEG2000原方案的优点和相似的编码复杂度的前提下,提供了一定的灵活性,可以对感兴趣区和背景区的相对质量进行调节,在有些应用场合可以弥补Maxshift方法的不足.
A novel region of interest (ROI) image c oding scheme with utilizing of information hiding technique is proposed in this paper. Compared with the present method in JPEG2000, the proposed scheme has sim ilar complexity, added flexibility to adjust the relative quality of the ROIs an d the background.So it can make up for the deficiencies of the Maxshift method.
