摘要
对气相色谱 质谱联机的四极质量检测器(GC MS)和气相色谱的氢火焰离子化检测器(GC FID)在定量方面的差异性进行了比较和研究.实验表明在通常的分析条件下,当不使用定量校正因子时,两种检测器的定量结果相差非常大.其主要原因不仅是两种质量检测器的离子化方法不同,更重要的是四极质量检测器操作条件的微小变化会严重改变其检测灵敏度的大小,使定量的精度变差.研究发现,在一定条件下四极质量检测器也可以像FID检测器一样,在不使用校正因子的情况下获得准确的定量结果.
The quantity analyses were compared wi th quadrupole mass detector and flame ionization detector in gas chromatography-m ass spectrometer and gas chromatography. The results were quite different when the calibration factor was not used in analysis under common condition. The reas on of causing these results was discussed. The condition of obtaining exact resu lt without using calibration factor was described in gas chromatography-mass sp ectrometer.
