甘薯品种营养成份与抗小象虫的相关性研究 被引量:3

The correlation between the resistance of sweet potato and nutrition compositions

摘要 通过田间和网室测定结果 ,抗小象虫较好的甘薯品种有抗虫 1号、台农 2 6、Tis2 5 34、Ricin和鸡蛋黄 ;抗小象虫较弱的品种有新种花、惠红早、“32 9”、广薯 15等。甘薯品种的营养成份与抗小象虫相关性分析结果表明 ,抗、感品种与粗纤维、粗脂肪含量无明显相关 ,与粗淀粉有显著负相关 ,R1=- 0 .9935 ,而与粗蛋白和 18种氨基酸总量有显著正相关 ,R2 =0 .974 1,R3=0 .96 2 1。表现粗淀粉含量高的品种 ,其虫害指数较低 ,抗虫性强 ;而粗蛋白含量和 18种氨基酸总量高的品种 ,其虫害指数较高 ,抗虫性则表现较弱。 The resistance to weevil and the correlation between the resistance to weevil and nutrition compositions were tested in sweet potato varities in the field and laboratory. The resistance tests to weevil showed that 'Kang ching' 1, 'Tai nong' 26, Tis2534, Ricin and 'Egg yellow' were resistant varities. The correlation analysis showed that the resistance of sweet potato varities was not correlated with the content of thick cellulose and crude fat in sweet potatoes, and was negative correlated with the crude starch in sweet potatoes, with R 1 = -0.9935, and was positive correlated with the total content of crude protein and 18 amino acids in sweet potatoes, with R 2 = 0.9741 and R 3 = 0.9621. These indicated that the resistance of sweet potatoes varities to weevil were closely correlated with the content of crude starch, protein and amino acids in sweet potatoes. All results showed that the resistance of sweet potato varities to weevil was correlated with the nutrition compositions in sweet potatoes.
