摘要
行政文化是指在一定的政治、经济和文化环境中形成的关于国家行政活动的意识、价值、心理的总和。在信息与知识时代,政府为提高行政效能,改善公共服务,而运用信息技术和政府再造理论实施的电子政务,是全新的政府管理模式,也是对长期以来传统行政文化理念的扬弃和重构。
During the age of information and knowledge,for the purpose of enhancing the administrative efficiency and improving the public service, the government uses the information technology and Government rebuilding theory to implement E-Government. The E-Government as a new public administrative model challenges the traditional administrative culture to reconstruct a new one.
