摘要
根据DZ4 5 0 / 9 S钻机底座的实际结构特点 ,建立了三维有限元模型。应用有限元分析程序分别对底座进行了静、动态特性分析。在静力分析中 ,按两种工况给模型加载 ,并获得了可靠的计算结果。通过分析DZ4 5 0 / 9 S底座结构的模态 ,得出底座结构前 15阶固有频率和模态振型。分析结果表明 ,三角架前、后腿和后立柱是底座结构在动力特性上存在的 3个薄弱环节 ,在此基础上 ,提出了改进DZ4 5 0 / 9
A three dimension finite element model is built according to the substructure of drilling rig. Some analysis programs for special finite element software are made and applied to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the substructure of drilling rig respectively. In the static analysis, a load is exerted on the finite element model in accordance with two sorts of working conditions, and a reliable result is obtained. The modality of substructure of drilling rig is discussed, and its preceding 15 modes are obtained. Some defects in the dynamic characteristics of substructure of drilling rig are found by examining the mode shapes, and some improving measures are presented.
