摘要
设计了用稳态法测定多孔固体催化剂曲折因子的新型扩散池 ,该扩散池是对传统扩散池的改进和优化。在常压、2 99~ 36 8K条件下 ,以氮 -二氧化碳、氩 -二氧化碳为扩散组分 ,在Ni/Al2 O3 催化剂上进行Wicke -Kallenbath稳态扩散实验。结果表明 ,曲折因子为多孔催化剂结构参数 ,不受扩散组分种类、组分浓度。
A novel diffusion cell was designed to determine the tortuosity factor of porous solid catalyst with steady state method Under the conditions of temperature range of 299~368 K and pressure of 0 1 MPa,Wicke-Kallenbach steady state diffusion experiments are carried out for N 2-CO 2 and Ar-CO 2 bicomponent system with Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst.The results show that the tortuosity factor of porous solid catalyst is not influenced by temperature,kinds and concentration of diffusion component,it is considered as a representation of pore structure of porous solid catalyst.
