摘要
目的 研究谷维素的抗心律失常作用。方法 大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为谷维素组和对照组 ,每组各 10只 ,谷维素组按每日 60mg/kg将谷维素药粉混拌入饲料中 ,连续喂养 4d ,对照组常规饲料喂养。结果 谷维素组和对照组对噪音干扰和肾上腺素的反应 ,心率分别为 ( 2 99± 72 )次 /min、( 3 5 1± 68)次 /min(P <0 0 1)和 ( 3 87± 92 )次 /min、( 4 73± 86)次 /min(P <0 0 1) ;室性早搏分别为1、6只、(P <0 0 5 )和 2、8只 (P <0 0 1)其它心律失常分别为 1、5只 ,(P <0 0 5 )和 3和 9(P <0 0 1)。结论 谷维素具有抗心律失常作用 ,其机制与调节中枢。
Objective To Study the antiarrhythmic effects of oryzanol.Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups:oryzanol group and control group,ten rats in each.The rats in the oryzanol group were fed with oryzanol which was mixed into normal diet at a dose of 60mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for 4 days.The rats in the control group were fed with normal diet.Results The responses to noise interference and adrenaline in the oryzanol group and control group were as follows:⑴the heart rates were 299±72 beats/min,351±68 beats/min(P<0 01) and 387±92 beats/min,473±86 beats/min(P<0 01),respectively;⑵the ventricular premature beats were 1(1/10),6(6/10)(P<0 05) and 2(2/10),8(8/10) (P<0 01), respectively;⑶other arrhythmias were 1(1/10),5(5/10)(P<0 05) and 3(3/10),9(9/10)(P<0 01),respectively.Conclusions Oryzanol may have antiarrhythmic effect, mechanism of which may be related to regulate the central,peripheral and heart autonomic nerves function and to resist catecholamine substances.
