摘要
由于使用无铅汽油,气门座的磨损严重。烧结材料气门座的耐磨性好、切削量少、材料利用率高、适于大批量生产,在日本,汽油发动机几乎已全部使用烧结材料气门座。本文介绍了温度、燃料等对气门座磨损的影响及烧结材料气门座的特点。
The valve seat will wear badly when using lead free gasoline. As valve seats made of sintered materials will have a better wearing property, need less machining, possess higher utilization of material, and be suitable for mass production, almost all gasoline engines in Japan are now equipped with valve seats of sintered materials. In this paper, the influence of temperature and fuels etc to the wearing of the valve seats of sintered materials are introduced.
