摘要
在临床的实际应用中,基于小波变换的单模态的医学图像中的计算机断层造影术(CT)和核磁共振图像(MRI)之间的数据融合提供了更丰富的信息.融合图像的3D(three dimensional)重建采用表面绘制方式,所用的一种体数据遍历算法,既提高计算效果,又能进行真实感曲面的显示,并可实现对感兴趣区域(Region of interest, ROI)的分割提取、三维重建和显示,提高医学诊断的准确性和可靠性.
During practical applications of clinic, more plentiful information can be provided by using the data fusion based on wavelet transforms of medical image such as CT and MRI. 3D fusion image can be reconstructed by way of surface rendering, which applies a searching algorithm of volume data. It not only improves the efficiency of computation but also displays true surface and realizes the segmentation of ROI, 3D reconstruction and vivid display.
