枢椎下关节突作为寰椎椎弓根螺钉进钉标志的可行性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:应用以枢椎下关节突为解剖标志的螺钉入点定位技术,评价其可行性。方法:利用40套干燥配套寰枢椎标本测量进钉技术的相关参数,包括寰椎椎弓根宽度、高度,寰椎侧块中部宽度、高度,进钉处寰椎后弓高度以及进钉点与寰椎椎弓根中线的距离。结果:寰椎椎弓根平均宽度和平均高度分别为7.8和5.8mm;进钉处寰椎中部侧块平均宽度和平均高度为12.8和12.9mm;进钉处寰椎后弓平均高度为4.6mm,进钉点在寰椎椎弓根中线外侧2.2mm处。结论:用枢椎下关节突中点作为术中判定寰椎椎弓根螺钉进钉点的方法准确可靠。 AIM:To use C2 inferior articular process as an anatomic landmark for determining the entry point of C1 pedicle screws and to evaluate the reliability of this technique. METHODS:Forty pair vertebras of atlas and axis were used to measure anatomic data related to the screw placement technique, including the width and the height of atlas pedicle and atlas lateral mass, the posterior arch height of the screw entry point and the distance between the screw entry point and the central line of atlas pedicle.RESULTS:The average width and height of atlas pedicle were 7.8 and 5.8 mm respectively; the mean width and height of the mid portion of atlas lateral mass were 12.8 and 12.9 mm respectively; the mean posterior arch height of the screw entry point was 4.6 mm, and the screw enter point lay at 2.2 mm laterally from the central vertical line of atlas pedicle.
