摘要
本论文的实验目的是提高头孢他啶的含量,改善粉体的流动性,有利于工业生产。通过改变结晶浓度、pH 值、加晶种,改进了反应结晶的方法。经过大批量实验得到满意的结果,含量达97%以上,收率提高1.6%,由此得出结论,此工艺可行。
The aim of the lab is to improve the content of ceftazidime and liquidity of the powder,so that the product can be produced succecssfully the method which has improved the density and pH of the solution and added crystal seeds has optimized reaction rate.so we can get qualified product.By a large of labs,we get a satisfied result the content of product is above 97%. Yield has been improved by 1.6%.we conclude that the technics is good.
