摘要
目的 观察艾迪注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗作用及对化疗所致的毒副作用的影响。方法 75例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组在化疗NP(诺维苯 +顺铂 )方案的基础上加用艾迪注射液。结果 观察组 4 0例有效率 4 7 5 % (19/ 4 0 ) ,对照组有效率为 4 5 7% (16 / 35 ) ,二者之间有效率比较无显著差异性。治疗中观察组的毒副反应 ,Ⅱ度及Ⅱ度以上的胃肠道反应、白细胞下降率、血小板下降率均低于对照组。结论 艾迪注射液能显著减轻化疗药物引起的胃肠道反应 ,对骨髓有保护作用。
Objective To observe the treatment of Aidi injection and its effects on the side effect of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) chemotherapy.Methods Seventy five patients with non small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given Aidi injection under the basis of NP chemotherapy plan.Results The effective rate of the chemotherapy of the two groups had no significant difference.The Ⅱ grade and above Ⅱ grade side effect of the chemotherapy of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions Aidi injection can reduce the side effect of the chemotherapy of advanced NSCLC and can protect the function of the myeloid.
