This article introduces the bamboo slips of Qin Dynasty that are excavated in Hu Nan Li Ye. These bamboo slips are saved perfectly and the contents are enriched. And they involve many fields of social politics, economy and culture. They have great learning value and they are a set of expensive encyclopaedia of Qin Dynasty.
