摘要
通过对20例麻醉犬在体心脏的程控电刺激,观察了静脉注射腺苷前后心脏窦房结和房室传导功能的变化.结果表明,腺苷对窦房结的自律性和房室前向性传导功能均有明显的抑制作用;对房室传导的影响部位仅局限于房室结部位;对室房逆行传导无影响.提示腺苷的抗心律失常机制主要是通过抑制房室前向性传导实现的.
By means of the programmed electrophysiologic stimultion (PES),we evaluated the effects of adenosine on the sinus atrial node and the atrialventricular conduction in 20 anaesthetic cannine hearts in vivo. The following items were measured: SACT, SNRT, SCL,AH interval, HV interval,Weckbach poit,2 : 1 poit, VA interval and AVNFRP.The study results showed that adenosine could depress not only the autow?tacity of sinus atrial node but also the conduction of the atrilventricular node.However,adenosine could play Its role only in AV node. This is called dromotropic effect, and this is the electrophysiologic machanism of adenosine for terminating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. There was no effects on the retrograde conduction of AV node.
