摘要
以不同的力量素质构成要素为主要依据对完整投掷技术的动作群进行了划分 ,以选择不同的重量负荷和不同的投掷器械作为力量训练中动作速度控制的主要手段 ,就动作速度的定量控制对发展女子铁饼运动员的快速力量的效果组织了对照实验。结果表明 :由于实验组在不同的动作群实施不同内容的力量训练 ,且在整个训练过程中对完成练习的动作速度进行有意识的控制 ,快速力量的训练效果明显优于对照组。
Divided a whole throwing technique into action groups from different strength elements. The main method of action velocity control in weight training depends on choosing different weight lords and different throwing apparatuses. Through a contrast and test of the quantitative control of action velocity for developing the quick strength of discus female throwers. The research result showed: The effect of the quick strength training is obviously better than testing group, because of the testing group using different contents of weight training in different action groups, and the whole training procedure for the action velocity in completing these exercises are controlled consciously.
