摘要
基于平面凸轮机构与平面四杆机构运动和动力特性相似原理,导出摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构最大压力角作用位置与从动件运动规律的关系式。由关系式可知,最大压力角的位置仅与运动规律有关,与基本尺寸无关;最大压力角大小不仅与运动规律有关,而且与基本尺寸有关,在给定许用压力角的条件下,可确定凸轮基本尺寸,比其它方法简捷方便。
Based on the principle of similitude in the motion and dynamic characteristics between plane cam and plane fourrod mechanisms,here deduced are the expressions which reflect the relation between the position of the maximal pressure angle of the disk cam mechanism with oscillating follower and the law of motion of follower. According to the results, the position of the maximal pressure angle is only related to the principle of motion of follower,and it bears no relation to the basic dimensions of the cam mechanism while the degree of the maximal pressure angle is related to both the principle of motion of follower and the basic dimensions of the cam mechanism. With the allowed pressure angle being given, the basic size of cam can be defined,so the presented method is easier in comparison with others.
